As president of Hillcrest Hospital, I would like to welcome you to our Expanding Excellence site. Here, you will be able to see the progress we’re making on our $163 million expansion and renovation project. The main driver of this undertaking is to increase access to anyone who needs the high level of care we provide. The doctors who practice here are among the best in our community and we are incorporating their guidance in each step of our design and construction.

By mid-2010, our patients and medical staff can look forward to:

• Expanded and redesigned operating rooms
• Level III Neonatal Unit
• Doubled capacity emergency department, including a Chest Pain Center and Stroke Center
• New bed tower with 72 private rooms
